Senior Pastor  |  Pastor Gordon Rogers

Pastor Gordon Rogers was born and raised  in Southern Colorado. He was saved at the age of 12 at a youth camp in Palmer Lake, Colorado. At age 13 he surrendered to God’s call to full-time Ministry.

He met his wife, Kathy, while attending Bible College, and got married in 1983. He graduated from Bible college in 1985 and went to serve at a church in Haughton, LA. as an assistant pastor for 5 years. He also served as an assistant pastor and school administrator in Albuquerque, N.M. for 5 years.

He has now been the pastor of Rocky Mountain Baptist Church in Pueblo, CO. since 1998. Pastor Rogers heartbeat is that of a Pastor. He loves the Church, and even through tremendous growth, Rocky Mountain Baptist Church has maintained its close-knit family atmosphere and its passion for serving people.

Under Pastor Rogers’ leadership, the church weekly engages in strategic and systematic ministry to the Pueblo community including: age-specific adult Bible classes, children’s ministries,  city-wide bus ministry, and addiction recovery program. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Pastor Rogers directly

Associate Pastor  |  Steven Fine

Pastor Fine had the privilege of being raised in a Christian home. At the age of 14 he accepted the Lord as His personal Saviour. Four years later, at the age of 18, he surrendered his life to full-time ministry.
He spent the next several years in preparation at a few different Bible colleges. From 2005-2007 he attended Pensacola Christian College. In 2007 he transferred to Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, Il. In 2009, he graduated from MBBC with a B.A. in Church Ministries. During his undergraduate years, he faithfully served in ministry under Pastor Wesley Waddle in both Tennessee and Illinois. In 2010, he received a M.A. in Biblical studies at West Coast Baptist College.
After graduating from WCBC, he went to Pueblo, Colorado to work on the church staff of Rocky Mountain Baptist Church. In April of 2011, he was married to his wife, Rebekah. He faithfully directs children’s ministries, leads the congregational singing, participates in the special music program of the church, and assists Pastor Rogers in a myriad of other areas. He considers it the highest honor to serve the Lord Jesus Christ.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Pastor Fine at his email

Administrative Pastor | Joshua Rogers

Pastor Joshua Rogers had the privilege of being raised in a pastor’s home. He realized his need of salvation and accepted Christ as his Saviour at the age of 7. Being involved in ministry while growing up, it became second nature to him. At age 13 he surrendered to God’s call to full-time ministry.
He met his wife, Rachel, while attending West Coast Baptist College, and they were married in 2015. He and his wife graduated from Bible college in 2017, Joshua with a degree in Leadership and Administration, and Rachel with a degree in Church Ministries. They came to serve at Rocky Mountain Baptist Church shortly after graduation. They are a wonderful team and a great addition to the ministry. He oversees the vehicle ministry, sound and media ministry, security detail, and the overall assisting and administration of the under workings of the church, as well as personally assisting the Pastor. Joshua and Rachel are also involved in the special music ministry of the church. They count it a joy to serve the Lord with their lives.

At Rocky Mountain Baptist there are a number of ways to serve and connect through ministry.
